The Online Music Guild - Presents
Alyssa Liu - #StayHome Concert

As the world shelters from these unprecedented times, The Online Music Guild is helping musicians from around the world to continue delivering their music. Join us in supporting musicians by enjoying our exclusive Online Concert Series featuring handpicked musicians. This concert will primarily showcase arias and songs by Mozart, Bellini, Chausson, among others.

Based out of Salt Lake City, Alyssa Liu is an Asian-American coloratura soprano. Among her favorite roles performed are the Queen of the Night in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte, the title role of Menotti's Amahl and the Night Visitors, and Sœur Constance in Poulenc Dialogues des Carmélites. In July of 2020, Alyssa will make her debut with Lyrical Opera Theater as Gilda in a socially distanced production of Verdi's Rigoletto. An enthusiastic learner, she holds a Master of Music from the University of Utah, where she studied with Carol Ann Allred, and a Bachelor of Music from Utah Valley University. In these uncertain times, music can be a source of healing; Alyssa is grateful for this unique opportunity to inspire hope in others through her artistry.
