CONCERT AGREEMENT
1. Concert Request
When you submit a Concert Request Form to the Online Music Guild, you agree to the best of your ability that you will deliver the concert once the show is scheduled in our website.
2. Concert File
It is your responsibility to send us the file with the following characteristics:
- MP4 format
- 720p in Resolution
- Stereo Audio Channels
- Under 1.00 GB in size
3. Ticket Sales
You as an artist are responsible for bringing an audience. We will help push shows that have a high conversion rate to maximize revenues for you and for us. However, this is not our responsibility and we will execute at our own discretion.
4. User Content
Even if you retain 100% ownership of the content, the Online Music Guild has a right to keep a show or taking it down depending on the situation.
5. Payment
The Online Music Guild will disburse the stipulated payments no later than 30 days after a show has been streamed. Often we disburse payments within the first 48hs. Funds collected after the premiere will be disbursed upon request every 3 months.
6. Refunds
The Online Music Guild is NOT responsible to issue refunds to tickets. We reserve the right to issue refunds based on the circumstances.
